Personal Assistant Banking Assistant

1. Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
3. Maintain and organize confidential documents, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility as needed.
4. Utilize previous banking experience to assist with financial transactions, such as managing accounts, processing payments, and reconciling statements.
5. Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries for executives, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
6. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external contacts, representing the executive team professionally.
8. Task Prioritization: Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
9. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
10. Provide additional support and assistance to the executive team as required, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
**Qualifications**:
1. Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Secretary with a background as a Banking Assistant or similar role in the banking sector.
2. Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking procedures, financial terminology, and regulatory requirements.
**Salary**: ₹20,017.86 - ₹40,000.00 per month
