Preparation of QAPs

Defect Identification, Formulation of repair procedure, identifying Spares, defect rectification, coordination with ship staff

Inspect removal of mechanical and Ultrasonic cleaning and replacement of all types of air, water, Oil filters fitted in different systems

Inspection of lube oils /coolants / Ultra High purity water / chemicals of various systems

shop floor test and trial procedure in consultation with ship staff, QC rep, R Consultant and Indian OEMs

Offering of Test & trial procedure to NRW Manager and follow up for swift approvals

Prepare QC reports & submit it Monthly & Quarterly
