NDT coordinator to l iaise with Third party inspectors for acceptance/rejection of RT films. Prepare procedure and technique sheets. Maintaining of all inspection documents and reports. Periodical calibration of NDT equipment & document maintenance. Preparing DPPs in monthly basis maintaining the records for ISO audit purpose. Execution of NDT activities at Site and implementation new NDT techniques.

Radiography: Planning & liquidation of RT/CRT Load in liaison with Planning, Welding Engineering, Production, QC, & Third Party and optimizing RT sources. Carrying out liaison with Radiographers and Contractor Radiological Safety Officer(R.S.O.) by taking necessary site clearances. Under take RT with X-Ray machine and gamma-source in the absence of Contractor Staff. Carryout RT image Interpretation various types of Structural and Piping Weld Joints. Maintain Automatic Film Processor and RT Film Digitizer. Reconcile all the images with customer through timely submission of the same. Issue defect tracings and liaise with production and welding to rectify the same on priority. Monitor logbook register of pit room source and dose report monthly basis and dark room temperature log register on daily basis. Maintain periodic calibration of CRT equipment.
