Job description

Location : Dombivali, Mira Road, Chembur, Ghatkoper, Sakinaka, Mahakali, Mulund
- Greet the walk-in Customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Explain the Products and its features to the customers in detail
- Contribute towards the achievement of branch targets in terms of revenue and profitability
- Ensure adherence to business requirements and mandatory compliance-related activities pertaining to the client acquisition (such as minimum documentation required, KYC etc)
- Undertake recovery of loans with ageing 0-2 months
- Make payments to customers whenever such payments are required such as payment of interest on debentures
- Maintain and update the recovery tracker/ collection tracker for recording the collections or recovery made
- Obtain in-depth understanding of the products offered by the company and its features.

**Salary**: ₹15000.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
