IT Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver classroom and lab-based training in key IT skills (e.g., MS Office, Internet usage, hardware basics, digital literacy, coding fundamentals, etc.)
- Conduct training sessions aligned with job roles such as Data Entry Operator, IT Support Executive, Digital Marketing Assistant, etc.
- Create lesson plans, training material, and assessments to meet training objectives.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support as required.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume writing sessions, and job-readiness workshops.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and maintain progress records.
- Stay updated with industry trends and job market requirements.
- Coordinate with placement teams to support trainee employment opportunities.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to Centre In-Charge or Project Lead.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT training or teaching.
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic hardware/software troubleshooting, internet tools.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in skill development, vocational training, or NGOs (preferred).
- Certification in IT training or soft skills training (desirable).

Pay: ₹13,801.40 - ₹46,364.26 per month
