**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and welcome visitors** as soon as they arrive at the center.
- **Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls** in a professional manner.
- **Maintain the reception area**, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- **Schedule appointments** for clients and coordinate with wellness professionals.
- **Handle customer inquiries** and offer assistance in booking services.
- Assist with **basic administrative tasks** such as data entry, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
- **Manage payments and billing** as needed.
- Ensure smooth client check-in and check-out processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
- **Polite and customer-oriented** with a professional appearance.
- Strong **multitasking** and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time position with shifts, including weekends, if required.
