**About the role**

The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive will be responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting critical business data to support decision-making and operational excellence. **This individual will play a key role in driving efficient data reporting processes, reducing manual efforts, and enabling the Business Operations and Customer Success Management (CSM) Team to focus on strategic growth and process improvement initiatives**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update key business reports, dashboards, and MIS trackers.
- Generate timely, accurate reports for internal stakeholders to facilitate data driven decision-making.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure consistency across reporting systems.

**2. Process Automation & Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using Excel functions, macros, and other tools.
- Minimize manual intervention in MIS processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

**3. Business Insights**:

- Analyse trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights for operational improvement.
- Present meaningful reports to stakeholders with recommendations for process enhancements.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Business Operations, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Finance Teams to align reporting processes with operational needs.
- Act as the central point of contact for all data and reporting requirements.

**5. Data Integrity & Accuracy**:

- Regularly validate and audit data to ensure the highest level of accuracy in reporting.
- Establish data governance protocols to maintain report consistency and credibility.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Strong expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions, formulas, PivotTables, and macros) is mandatory**.
- **Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI** is a plus but not mandatory.
- Do not recommend for look forward to reliability, dependency, and usage of ChatGPT and other such tools.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and keen observation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly, contribute for continuous process improvement.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Decent communication skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Background in a similar role with exposure to data-driven environments.

Pay: ₹195,688.43 - ₹500,000.00 per year
