**Description**:
Systems Administrator will be part of the Systems Administration team responsible for the IT
Infrastructure of a highly automated facility that supports building, testing, and releasing of all
vSplash Applications & Products.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 experience
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of existing IT infrastructure.
- Working with the Systems Administration team on deliverables.
- Desktop troubleshooting, VPN, Windows Updates, Software Installations.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and help debug system issues.
- Document system implementations, upgrades, and patching strategy.
- Support and maintain Active Directory and Group policies.
- Responsible of Asset managements
- Familiar with networking; VLANs, SMTP, and backup software and strategies.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, DHCP and DNS infrastructure.
- Responsible of First-Point-of Contact with IT service Desk support.
- Identify the hardware issue and replace the hardware parts and system issues.
- Off-hours maintenance support as needed.
- Good experience in handling Windows Servers, Desktops, Mac OSx and Linux.
- Ensure effective Admin/Support activities in line with client needs and Infrastructural requirements.
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines, IT Policy and processes.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network or server or database problems remotely.
- Knowledge of FTP and Map networking and LAN switches
- Installation’s and configuration of ADOBE/MS Office/O365/Grammarly
- Managing the overall administration of systems involving configuration and maintenance of Desktops, servers or networks.
- Installation of IT Assets, Routers/Switches/Modems, Peripherals, System Software & Application Software.
- Other job-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
