Track record of over-achieving targets, Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and good typing skills. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types, Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively, Ability to work remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

- UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- Required Experience: 0-3 years
