**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Knowledge to handle all the instrumentation, automation and electrical maintenance activities
- Knowledge of handling equipments: breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance and preventive maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as: Magnetic flow meter, Temperature transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Vacuum transmitter, Level transmitter, Level switches, and Calibration of instruments as per ISO standard.
- Knowledge of Pneumatic valves, actuators, positioners, E/P convertors and control valves.
- Knowledge of PID controller, Process indicators, Weighing indicators, Metal detectors.
- Knowledge of Program logic controller (PLC) hardware (Allen Bradley, Backhoff & Siemens),
- Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) of different make: ABB, Allen-Bradley, Danfoss, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, SEW Euro drive, etc.
- Knowledge of Servo drives of different make: Lenze, Rexroth, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipments and instruments.
- Knowledge of HT (33KV) breaker & power transformer and LT (415V) breaker & distribution transformer
- Knowledge of power control center (PCC), motor control center (MCC)
- Knowledge of electrical power wiring, circuit breaker, lighting fixtures, control instrument wiring and understand all procedures & electrical safety rules.
- Knowledge of installing cables, conduits, tubing, switchgear and motors.
- Knowledge of Utility such as: UPS, DG operation, Air Compressor, Refrigeration, Chiller.

ITI (Instrumentation) Or ITI (Electrical) with 2 to 5 years Experience.
