We are currently on the lookout for a Field Sales Representative to join our esteemed client based in Chennai. As a representative, you will be responsible for promoting the client's products and services within the assigned territory, playing a crucial role in boosting sales and expanding our customer base.

**Work Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and establish strong relationships
- Achieve or exceed both individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, utilize CRM tools, and stay aware of market trends

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in field sales, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and a deep understanding of the local market
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a bike is essential

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
