Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and market regulations. Requirements: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in pharma or medical equipment sales (hospital/healthcare sector preferred). Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
