We are hiring - SEO Executive

Perform SEO strategy, analysis and planning; create and implement automated content distribution techniques and manage outreach, link acquisitions, content strategies, link pruning activities and inbound links to multiple high powered domains.

Work with the technical team on site structure and design to produce a better performance for keywords ranking, assist in Site Indexing - update XML sitemap for Google, Yahoo, Bing and other search engines. Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts; perform competitor research and conduct regular site audits to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Job Description**:
Keyword Research: Conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms that can drive organic traffic to the website.

On-Page Optimization: Optimizing website content, meta tags, titles, and descriptions to align with target keywords and improve search engine rankings.

Technical SEO: Identifying and resolving technical issues that might affect website crawlability, indexability, and overall search performance.

Content Optimization: Creating and optimizing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content to attract organic traffic and enhance user experience.

Link Building: Developing and implementing strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable and relevant websites to improve domain authority and search rankings.

SEO Audits: Conducting regular SEO audits to assess website performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.

Data Analysis: Analyzing website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Stay Updated: Staying current with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the SEO industry to maintain a competitive edge and continuously improve strategies.

Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the search rankings.

Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular reports on SEO performance, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Search Engines: Strong understanding of how search engines work, their algorithms, and ranking factors.

SEO Tools: Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture to handle technical SEO aspects.

Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret SEO metrics to drive informed decisions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on SEO performance.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify SEO issues and implement effective solutions.

Adaptability: SEO is ever-changing, so the ability to adapt to algorithm updates and industry trends is crucial.
