**Job Title: Principal Architect (SWAT Expert/L3 Expert)**

**Experience**: 15 to 25 Years
**Location**: Mumbai (Work from Office)
**Shift**: General Shift
**Contract Duration**: Full-time
**Age Limit**: Less than 50

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incidents within a large-scale banking environment.
- Monitor and optimize **Application Performance Management (APM)** metrics.
- Perform **JVM Tuning**, **Thread** and **Heap Dump** analysis, and **GC Logs** troubleshooting.
- Deploy and manage **IHS/OHS Web Servers**, **WAS**, and **Weblogic**.
- Work with **Load Balancers**, **Web Application Firewalls (WAF)**, and **Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)**.
- Provide recommendations for fixing production issues and system optimization.
- Create detailed **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** documentation.
- Collaborate with **Oracle** and **SQL Server** databases, perform **DB query tuning**, and analyze **AWR reports**.
- Conduct **Cache, SGA, and PGA tuning** for improved performance.
- Utilize **scripting** skills (Python/Shell) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and present technical reports for stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **Incident Management** in the banking domain.
- Expertise in **APM**, JVM tuning, and **GC Log Analysis**.
- Experience with **IHS/OHS Web Servers**, **WAS**, and **Weblogic**.
- Proficiency in **Load Balancers**, WAF, and **ESB** configurations.
- Proficient in scripting using **Python** or **Shell**.
- Extensive experience with **Linux/AIX** OS commands.
- Strong knowledge of **Oracle** and **SQL Server** databases.
- Ability to tune databases and analyze AWR reports.

**Good to Have**:

- Familiarity with **GC Policies** like G1, ZGC.
- Knowledge of **v$ commands in Oracle** and **JVM tuning parameters**.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 15-20+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and tuning in banking domains.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Location & Work Mode**:

- **Location**: Mumbai (On-site)
- **Shift**: General (9 AM to 6 PM)

**Notice Period**: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
