**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain and manage office supplies, inventory and registers for production department.
- Perform data entry and basic record-keeping tasks.
- Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handles Production software
- entry and reporting, handling simple data with basic report analysis.
**Operational Support**:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as per the requirement.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Manages the department peons and their travelling expense records.
**General Assistance**:
- Supports the team with administrative tasks.
- Coordinated with other departments.
- One point coordination with ware house for ordering books.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Degree required; additional certification in office management is a plus.
**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google, PPT.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Reliability and discretion in handling confidential information.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
