**Job Description**:

- Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail. Your task will involve trying to ensure that your interactions with leads convert to successful and happy customers
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a group of interiors designer and vendors for BOQs, drawings, presentations
- Work closely with the client and interior design team to finalize the home design, 3D designs, and GFC drawings.
- Take ownership and be proactive about solving problems on ground
- Manage relationships with the leads/customers to build pipeline and convert them as per business objectives.
- Effective in communication with respect to designs and details with the team, vendors and customers and other stakeholders
- Lead channel of Sales - Residence visits, design/sales at show flats, apartment activities
