**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Manage and process invoices, bills, and payments. Ensure timely collection of receivables and accurate payment of payables.
- **General Ledger Management**: Maintain the general ledger by recording all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis. Provide analysis and insights into financial performance.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- **Audit Support**: Assist auditors during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate terms, and resolve any billing or payment issues.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
