**What You’ll Do**:
As a part of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering professional prototypes for our mobile and web apps. You will be closely working with the front-end development team that focuses on implementing the designs presented by you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design custom graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look like
- Create hand-drawn sketches for ideation and brainstorming
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, icons, and simple illustrations)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Lead and manage a small team by delegating tasks to team members

**Who You are**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer for 3+ years
- Portfolio of design projects (link to be shared)
- Expertise in UI/UX design tools (Adobe XD or Figma)
- Well versed in UX design process from end to end
- Up-to-date knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, design, Computer Science, or relevant field
