**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and design network architecture, ensuring it meets the organization's needs for scalability, security, and reliability.
- Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a network administrator, AV engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, AV Solutions), network security practices, and routing/switching technologies.
- Basic Knowledge of AV Devices, Design, Integration, BOQ Creation.
- Design, configure, and install AV systems, including audio equipment, video systems, and display technologies.
- Integrate AV solutions into conference rooms, auditoriums, and other venues, ensuring the systems meet the organization’s needs.
- Collaborate with architects, IT teams, and other stakeholders to plan AV system requirements for new or renovated spaces.

**Troubleshooting & Support**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with IT & AV equipment in a timely manner, including audio feedback, video display problems, and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support for live events, meetings, or presentations, ensuring systems function as expected.
- Respond to Client requests for troubleshooting or setup assistance.

**User Training & Documentation**:

- Provide training to users on how to operate AV equipment, including how to use video conferencing systems and remote-control systems.
- Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and system documentation for AV systems and procedures.
- Educate end-users on best practices for setting up AV equipment, improving user experience, and minimizing technical difficulties.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with occasional on-call or after-hours work to support clients or urgent issues.
- May require travel to different location or sites for installation & support.

Occasional handling of heavy AV equipment during installations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
