We are seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Outreach Coordinator to manage our cataract surgery outreach programs and oversee other surgical treatment initiatives. The role involves organizing screening camps, verifying patient eligibility, and ensuring smooth service delivery to all patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee free cataract surgery screening camps in targeted areas.
- Verify if patients have a ration card, health card, or other necessary documentation for eligibility.
- Educate communities about the benefits of cataract surgeries and other surgical treatments available through the foundation.
- Ensure patients are guided through the process from initial screenings to surgery appointments.
- Coordinate the foundation’s support for patients receiving different types of surgical treatments.
- Maintain detailed records of patient information, screenings, and treatments provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in healthcare outreach or non-profit programs is an advantage.
