We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **AVP-FCD-IRRBB**

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Hands-on involvement across the various stages of modeling life cycle like defining model scope to model development, validation, testing, documentation, scenario analysis etc.
- Translate model outputs into forecasted business outcomes and explain them to business stakeholders
- Providing analytical solutions by drawing linkages among model outcomes, portfolio specific nuances and internal and external regulations
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders (Business Finance, Strategic Planning and forecasting, Group Treasury, second line of defense, ALCM business, Operations, HOST IT, Site IT, FTP etc.) and understand their objective, priorities and challenges.
- Build effective working relationships within own team and with other colleagues.
- Provide QRM training to new or less experienced team members
- Understand own stakeholders' objectives, direction, priorities and challenges, managing and addressing concerns and objections.
- Drive independently End-to-End requirement process of deliverables, present BRDs/CRs/Solution Documents to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of prior experience in Modeling, Data analytics and large data handling in a financial service.
- Masters or Ph. D in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, MBA or equivalent
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling concepts, particularly in the area of linear regression & time series modeling among others.
- Relevant experience in analytics specifically in the fields such as balance sheet forecasting, planning and stress testing
- Excellent quantitative aptitude and coding proficiency in tools such as SAS, SQL, R, Python (essential) etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas.
