About the Role:
- Identify and evaluate vendors, analyze quotes from a TCO perspective, validate the quotation price with Vendor- Vendor Onboarding process, correction of vendor records and management. Contribute to the maintenance of the supplier database and follow up with vendors on required documentation.- Process requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders to supplier.- Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation- Effectively communicate and efficiently resolve issues with all internal and external partners- Maintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, including the ability to articulate and enforce policies and procedures- Self-manage within assigned accountabilities- Co-ordinating and monitoring the the internal order approval process.- Strong oral, written and inter personal skill with an ability to engage with stakeholders.- Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of software vendors and solutions to meet business requirements.- Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and agreements with software suppliers.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand software needs and requirements.- Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, and renewals.- Assist in the resolution of any procurement-related issues or disputes with suppliers.

What You’ll Need- Requisition-to-payment process experience, expediting experience- Good negotiation skills- Minimum 2-3 year's experience in Procurement/Purchasing.- Highly organised and responsible.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.- Prior experience or knowledge of software procurement processes is a plus but not required.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic procurement environment.
