Job Overview:
Coding Blocks is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Placements Coordinator Intern to join our team. As a Placements Coordinator Intern, you will play a crucial role in connecting our talented pool of students with leading tech companies. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, industry engagement, and career services.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Company Outreach**:

- Identify and research potential hiring partners in the technology sector.
- Initiate and maintain communication with companies to establish relationships for student placements.
- **Job Matching**:

- Collaborate with the training and education teams to understand the skills and competencies of students.
- Match student profiles with job opportunities and facilitate the placement process.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing virtual job fairs, tech talks, and workshops to connect students with industry professionals.
- Coordinate logistics for on-campus or virtual recruitment events.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with students regarding placement opportunities and updates.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain an organized database of company contacts, job openings, and student profiles.
- Track the progress of placements and prepare reports for analysis.
- **Networking**:

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships with professionals in the tech industry.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from both students and companies post-placement to continuously improve the placement process.
- Address any concerns or challenges faced by students during the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the technology industry and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in career services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.81 - ₹10,000.30 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
