**Job Title**:ServiceNow CSM Integration Specialist**
**Experience**:5+ years total, 4+ years in ServiceNow Developer, 2-3 years in CSM + Integrations**

**Job Summary**:
Looking for a skilled ServiceNow developer with strong experience in **Customer Service Management (CSM)** and **third-party integrations (REST/SOAP)**. The role involves implementing and customizing **CSM modules and building robust integrations**with external systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customize CSM modules**:Case Management, Customer Portal, Virtual Agent,**etc.
- Build integrations using **REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server**s
- Configure Playbooks, Agent Workspace, SLAs, Workflows
- Work with stakeholders to map business requirements
- Integrate with systems like **Salesforce, SAP, external ticketing tools**:

- Handle authentication **(OAuth 2.0), data flow, and error management**:

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support ATF for testing

**Mandatory Skills**:

- **2+ years**in ServiceNow **CSM and integration**:

- **REST/SOAP API integration** experience
- Proficient in **JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer**:

- Experience with **OAuth 2.0, MID Servers, IntegrationHub**:

- Strong understanding of customer service workflows
- **Agile methodology and**excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
