**About Virohan**:
Virohan aims to bridge the gap between industry demand and the skills of the workforce by using its ‘technology skill stack’ through which Virohan predicts job demand for each job role across India, builds out the curriculum needed and delivers standardized training through blended learning across training centers. Virohan’s target audience is marginalized, low-income youth in the age group of 16- 24, with over 50% of them being females. Virohan provides courses in Health-care covering Allied Health, Corporate Training, and Refresher training for hospital employees.

The courses offered emphasize on development of core technical skills, language abilities, and life skills in the student through gamified blended learning delivered by its facilitators in classrooms. All programs include long internships at hospitals for hands-on practice of the skills acquired. It is a fee-based model and in order to encourage young people to join, financial linkages are provided with easy installment based payback options after a job is secured by the young person.

Virohan is aggregating the fragmented vocational training ecosystem in India through a plug & play installation of its technology stack at training centers to provide affordable, accessible, quality training. The tech stack predicts job demand, mobilizes youth as per that demand, trains them and connects them with jobs. In essence, this increases viable penetration, lowering operational costs and improving efficiency across operations (mobilization, financing, training, certification, placement)through standardization.

We are funded by Elea Foundation for Ethics in Globalization, Artha Impact, Yunus Social Business (an impact fund founded by Noble Laureate Prof. Mohammad Yunus), AngelList, Keiretsu Forum amongst others. We work with GE
Healthcare, Indian Medical Association

(IMA) among others across India to provide a progressive livelihood to youth.

The standardized delivery model does the following:

- Allows for real-time interventions with students to increase engagement and reduce dropouts
- Provides a scalable model for adoption by training providers who themselves lack the tools to provide training for these high-skill job roles
- Brings quality education into the student's reach by increasing accessibility and affordability
- Enhances the employability of healthcare graduates through multiple career pathways and continuous learning

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Quality education to be delivered at the center as per Virohan standards.
- Take timely training sessions and ensure lesson plan completion as per Virohan standards
- Ensure best classroom experience to the students as per Virohan standards
- Minimize student dropouts and timely address all student grievances
- Maintain student records and ensure student attendance
- Adhere to Virohan evaluation standards
- Support review discussion with doctors during the internship period
- Collaborate with Virohan corporate and partners on various live sheets (trackers) for tracking the progress of trainers, students, and achieve the annual operating plan.
- Work closely with center manager, FIC, content lead/executive and placement lead/executives at the center to ensure overall student development
- Impart English language training with visible outcomes
- Inculcate soft skills among young trainees w.r.t. their job readiness
- Conduct students social profiling and interviews
- Classroom delivery of readymade English and soft skills content
- Engage, Educate and entertain students via class activities and prepare them for their job in healthcare sector
- Batch documentation and student performance reporting
- Timely student assessment including entry, exit and periodic as decided by t he institute
- Take Mentor mentee, VSO, and such sessions as and when required
- Participate in training programs as scheduled
- Occasional Technical classes as per requirement
- Motive and counsel students as per need

**Your Key Responsibility Area (KRA) will be**:

- Training - Ensure ELPSL training, induction, lesson plan coverage is conducted as per Virohan standards
- Attendance - Ensure minimum student attendance of 80% and faculty attendance of

90% as per Virohan standards
- Students Engagement - Faculty to ensure quality education is delivered at the center to enhance overall student development and timely address any student grievances as per Virohan standards
- Compliance & Records - Ensure training is in compliance with all Virohan norms and proper records/reports are maintained.
- Content Creation - Faculty to help content team in creating all Training Learning

Material (TLM), schedules required by Virohan or any applicable project

Your Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be:

- Attendance - Student attendance of minimum 80% and Faculty attendance of minimum 95%
- Dropout - less than 10%
- Student Pass Percentage - 95%
- Training Completion - As per VPL norms.
