**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Conduct research to identify potential leads.
- Send messages on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to generate leads.
- Maintain and update lead databases.

**Marketing Activities**:

- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Handle social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Manage and update the company's CRM system.

**Sales Support**:

- Perform cold calling to potential clients as needed.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with leads.
- Support the BDE and sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Prepare and send sales proposals.

**Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

**Additional Duties**:

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
