**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth and improve brand visibility.
- **LinkedIn Lead Generation**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, leveraging both organic and paid strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, initiating conversations to generate interest in our services.
- **Content Creation & Blogging**:

- Write and publish high-quality blog articles that reflect our brand voice and engage our audience on topics relevant to our industry.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually engaging content that supports our overall marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and social media insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
