**Job Title**: Sales & Digital Marketing Manager Intern (Work from Office)

**Location**: Gurgaon (DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74, Gurgaon)

**Position Type**: Internship

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Management**: Oversee the digital marketing strategies for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with each brand's identity and business goals.
- **Content Management**: Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content publication across all digital channels.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the senior founder/leader to brainstorm, plan, and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attitude**:

- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel to the Gurgaon office.
