Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Support**
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Help track sales performance metrics and maintain databases (CRM systems).
- Support in lead generation activities, including prospect research and outreach.
- Participate in sales meetings and calls to gain exposure to the sales process.
- Assist in the preparation of reports to analyze sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.

**Marketing Support**
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Help manage and update the company’s website and social media channels.
- Research industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

**Administrative Support**
- Assist with the coordination of events, promotions, and product launches.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the sales and marketing teams, such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Analytics, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an interest in branding, advertising, and marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
