**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.

2. Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for business growth and market penetration abroad.

3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business partners, and distributors in target countries.

4. Lead cross-functional teams to drive international projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

5. Conduct market research and analysis to assess market trends, competition, and customer preferences in various regions.

6. Negotiate and finalize contracts, licensing agreements, and distribution partnerships with international counterparts.

7. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to tailor offerings to meet the needs of international customers.

8. Monitor and manage international sales performance, revenue targets, and profitability.

9. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements in international markets, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.

10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on international business activities, performance, and opportunities.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
