**Role Title**: Barista

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Greet and interact with customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, restocking as needed.
- Handle cash register operations and maintain accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and brewing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
