**Vacancy No** - VN895 **Employment Type** - Regular Full-Time **Location** - Chennai **Job Details** **Main Responsibilities (include but not limited to)**: - Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions - Define and lead business improvement projects - Liaise with business heads and other management on reporting optimizations and process improvement initiatives - Consult management on data and analysis associated with business goals, KPIs and benchmarks - Validate, manipulate, and perform exploratory data analysis on datasets - Review, refine and document business requirements and processes - Drive efficiency by designing and delivering tool enhancement and automation - Analyze and test new data sources for availability and quality, and integrate with internal sources - Closely work with the rest of the Data Science and Analytics department: Data Science and Data warehouse teams. - Share knowledge and expertise with other team members to enable continued team skills development **Requirements for the Position**: - Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development - Proactive attitude - Strong interest to dig into big data and create meaningful insights that will drive business decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills - A team player who is detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, determine priorities and meet deadlines on time in a fast-paced business environment - A self-starter with the ability to work with mínimal supervision - Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications - Strong project management, presentation, and organization skills - Solid SQL skills - Experience with Data Processing / Data Analysis / Data Manipulation / Data Extraction, and Data Visualization - with the use of Business Intelligence tools and/or SQL **Preferred**: - Tableau Experience (creating or using) is a big plus - Experience with GitHub is a plus - Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills - Macros / Automation - Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc. - Additional programming languages (VBA, Python) **All employees working for FXCM must be eligible to work in India.** Prior to submitting your resume, the firm requests that you do the following: **Company Description** Technementals Innovations India is a subsidiary of FXCM Group.
