**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Factory Visits**: Travel to factories to monitor and assess production processes, ensuring they are running efficiently and according to the plan.
- **Delivery Management**: Oversee the timely delivery of merchandise from factories to the warehouse or directly to clients.
- **Production Planning**: Coordinate with factory teams to ensure the next production batch is scheduled and prepared in a timely manner, adjusting based on previous delivery feedback or delays.
- **Communication**: Serve as the main liaison between the company and factory teams, addressing any bottlenecks or delays that could affect delivery timelines.
- **Logistics Optimization**: Evaluate the efficiency of the current delivery system and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in merchandising, logistics, or production planning, ideally in a factory environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues in the production or delivery process and take swift action to resolve them.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple production schedules, deadlines, and factory requirements at once.
- **Driving**: A valid driver's license is a plus, allowing for flexibility in traveling to multiple factory locations if needed.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with production planning software or ERP systems to help streamline the production and delivery process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
