**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Packing Materials & Loading - Unloading Materials**:

- Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring they are packed securely and labelled correctly.
- Follow packing guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of packed materials.

**2. Inventory Counts and Reporting**:

- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Record inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Assist in generating inventory reports and analysing data to identify discrepancies.

**3. Physical Count of Stock**:

- Perform physical counts of stock and compare results with inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Ensure accurate documentation of stock movements and adjustments.

**4. Material Issuance to Customer Service Department**:

- Issue materials to the Service department as per their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of material issuance and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to fulfil their material needs promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
