The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site inventory, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth material handling and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers.Issue materials to site personnel as per requisitions.Coordinate with vendors and site engineers for timely material delivery.Ensure proper storage and labelling of materials.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation.Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.Qualifications & Skills:Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Freshers only.Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and grow in a site-based role.
