**Position**: Steward/Stewardess
**Location**: Middleton Street
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills on English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Himalayan cuisine is an advantage.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
