In the Tele calling position it is the responsibility of the employee to be able to answer questions from the client, by understanding their needs and wants.
- In order to route potential opportunities to the relevant department to further develop and for the closing of deals.
- Contact potential customers or businesses by phone to advertise products or services, or to support charitable causes.
- To request orders via the phone for goods and services.
- to explain the benefits of the product or service to potential customers.
- Deliver the sales pitch in a scripted format to the client and then alter the pitch as needed to the individual.
- For providing pricing details for the services or products.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Agra - 282004, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)
