**Job Summary**:The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting paint products and provide expert recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Explain product benefits and features to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the manager for replenishment.
- Ensure proper display and organization of products in the outlet.
- Promote new products and ongoing offers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily sales reports.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Generate new business opportunities including new markets and customer segments.
- Meet sales and collection target from your assigned district.
- Analyze sales data reports to identify area of improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Should develop a good relation with the painters associated with dealers and motivate them to canvas our products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and business development in paint industry/ hospitality industry/automobile industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- This role requires travelling,
- Must be able to handle B2B and B2C customers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling to dealer networks/ local customers.

**Qualification**
- Must possess Degree/MBA/PGDM in sales and marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
