**Budget**: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan & execute **in-store promotions**, campaigns, and retail activation drives.
- Support **store launches**, branding rollouts, and visual merchandising coordination.
- Organize on-ground **events, tie-ups, and local marketing activities**.
- Coordinate with retail teams, agencies, and vendors for timely execution.
- Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and performance reports.
- Experience in basic social media management, reels creation, or influencer coordination is an added advantage.
- Ability to support digital campaigns by capturing offline events, promotions, or influencer moments.
- Graduate in Marketing/Mass Communication or relevant stream.
- Minimum 1-2 years of offline/retail marketing experience in fashion/apparel/lifestyle industry.
- Good coordination & execution skills with a creative approach.
- Willingness to travel to stores/events when required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
