**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collections activities such as contacting customers for payment, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient collection of outstanding payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address queries and provide support in payment processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline collections processes and enhance customer experience.

**About you**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is advantageous but not required.
