**Key Responsibilities**
- **Enter and update daily packing data** in company systems with accuracy.
- **Maintain inventory records** of raw materials, finished goods, and dispatches.
- **Verify and cross-check data** to ensure error-free entries.
- **Prepare daily/weekly reports** on production, packing, and stock movement.
- **Coordinate with factory supervisors and store team** to collect and validate data.
- **Organize and maintain digital records** for easy retrieval.
- **Assist in documentation work** related to dispatches, invoices, and material inward/outward.
- **Highlight discrepancies** in stock or data and report to the concerned manager.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Graduate / Diploma holder** (any stream).
- **Fast and accurate typing skills.**:

- **Good organizational and time management skills.**:

- **Attention to detail** and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Prior experience in **data entry, inventory management, or factory operations** will be an added advantage.
