**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle all daily delivery activities and make sure orders are delivered on time.
- Work closely with delivery riders and courier partners.
- Track deliveries and quickly solve any issues like delays or wrong addresses.
- Make sure every delivery follows proper packing and handover steps.
- Talk to the customer support team to fix delivery-related complaints.
- Keep records of all deliveries and update the status regularly.
- Improve delivery routes and timings to save time and cost.
- Share daily and weekly reports with your manager.
- Help riders with planning and give them the right delivery details.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in delivery operations or logistics.
- Good at organizing and managing time.
- Knows how to work with delivery tracking apps or tools.
- Can communicate well and solve problems quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and understanding of delivery areas.
- Graduate from any stream.

- Pays attention to small details.
- Keeps customer satisfaction as a top priority.

Pay: ₹9,506.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
