**Job Title: Back Office Executive (Advanced Excel & Communication Skills)**

**Location: Karvenagar**

**Department: Data Management**

**Reports To: 9.00am to 6.30pm**

**Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent**

**Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong Excel skills can also apply)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage accurate reports and dashboards using **Advanced Excel**.
- Handle large volumes of data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Generate MIS (Management Information System) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Coordinate and communicate clearly with internal departments for data collection and clarification.
- Support teams with administrative and data-related tasks as required.
- Assist in audits and ensure timely submission of required reports and records.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a back-office or data-focused role.
- **Proficient in Advanced Excel** - must be comfortable working with complex formulas.
- Strong **English communication skills** - both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in **Advanced Excel**.

**Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday**

**Location Type: On-site**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
