Brief Job profile

Ø _Perform operations using conventional equipment’s like Surface Grinding, Cylindrical grinding, Turning, Milling, Tapping & drilling etc._

Ø _Perform programming and operations on CNC equipment’s like Wire cut, Spark Erosion, High Speed Milling machines etc._

Ø _Assembly of Mold, Press Tool, Jigs and Fixtures assembly with high precision._

Ø _Assembly by proper Mold Matching techniques, Blue Matching of critical assemblies._

Ø _Working in close tolerances (3 to 5 microns) utilizing precision tools._

Ø _Perform polishing of Core, Cavity Inserts etc._

Ø _Measurements using all types of measuring instruments like Micro meter, Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Slip Gauge, Pin Gauge, Thread Gauge, Vision Inspection etc._
- Documentation of the work conducted with technical documentation of measurements_.

**Skill Set**:
Ø _Exceptional drawing reading capabilities required._

Ø _Should have working knowledge of all machining processes like turning, milling, grinding etc._

Ø _Should have working knowledge of all measuring equipment’s like Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, Height Gauge, Pin Gauge, Slip Gauge etc_

Ø _Basic usage of MS Office functions like Excel, Word and PPT._

Ø _Written skills for English plus Spoken + Written skills of National / Local language._
- Team player, Motivator, Problem Solving and mediating attitude._

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
