- The said position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for leadership development, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the CLC in alignment with the broader objectives of Shoolini University.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of leadership coaching programs, including scheduling, curriculum development, and participant engagement.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including university faculty, students, and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop marketing materials and promote the leadership coaching programs effectively.
- Provide guidance and support as needed to ensure program success.
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary to meet the evolving needs of participants and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact on university leadership and external stakeholders.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- 1-2 years of Relevant Experience in Program Management
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective content for educational or training programs.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire others
