**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing website layouts based on briefs and requirements.
- Create high-quality UI elements and web graphics using tools like **Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe XD**.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, web technologies, and UX/UI best practices.
- Understand and adapt designs across different website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
- Provide and receive constructive design feedback during review cycles.
- Deliver polished final design files ready for development handoff.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, marketers, and other cross-functional team members.
- Take initiative and ownership of design tasks with mínimal supervision.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of professional experience** in website or UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in **Figma** and **Photoshop** (or similar design software).
- Knowledge of **Illustrator** or print design tools is a plus.
- A compelling **visual design portfolio** showcasing web/UI projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong visual design skills.
- Ability to rapidly conceptualize and execute designs in response to product or marketing needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,141.45 - ₹13,321.29 per month
