**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Warehouse Operations**: Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products, while ensuring optimal inventory management.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance levels.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices for inventory accuracy and control.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall warehouse productivity.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Develop and enforce quality standards, ensuring that all products are handled, stored, and shipped correctly.
- **Budget Management**: Manage warehouse budget, control expenses, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Vendor & Supplier Coordination**: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory levels.
- **Technology Integration**: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to enhance warehouse operations and data accuracy.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze operational reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
