Position: Social Media and Digital Marketing executive
Co: Leading Fashion Designer Co. Private Limited
Location of Posting: Malad West,
Note: WFO - 11am to 8.30pm - 6 days a week
Good English Communication required.
Role: Content Creation, Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies, Community Management, Campaign Management, Analytics and Reporting etc.
Education: Graduation Bachelors in any Stream / Special Course Any Digital Marketing Courses

Detailed Work Profile
1) Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity. Adapt content to suit different platforms and audience demographics.
2) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Research audience preferences and industry trends to inform content strategies. Identify opportunities to expand brand presence across relevant social media platforms.
3) Community Management: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions with followers to build brand loyalty and advocacy. Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates within the community.
4) Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, scheduling, and monitoring. Monitor campaign performance and
analyze key metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Stay updated on social media advertising options and implement paid campaigns when appropriate.
5) Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate insightful reports. Provide regular reports and analysis on social media KPIs, audience demographics, and campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for future strategy adjustments and improvements.
6) Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing. Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Personal Attributes: Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with original and engaging content ideas.
Visual Aesthetics: Understanding of design principles to create visually appealing posts and advertisements.
Written Communication: Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling copy and engaging content.
Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management
Copywriting: Writing persuasive and concise copy that drives action and engagement.
Editing and Proofreading: Ensuring content is error-free, coherent, and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
