**Job Title**: Café Allrounder

**Reports to**: Café Manager / Supervisor

Location: Bandra

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take orders accurately, answer menu inquiries, and make recommendations.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving complaints or issues promptly.
- **Food and Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation, including simple meals, sandwiches, and baked goods.
- Ensure all items are presented attractively and meet hygiene standards.
- **Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS)**:

- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash and card transactions securely.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of the shift.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the dining area, kitchen, and counter.
- Wash dishes, clean tables, and ensure waste is disposed of correctly.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- **Team Support**:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during busy periods.
- Assist in training new staff members when required.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure high service standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including barista skills (training can be provided).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
