As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to strengthen our presence in the Agra market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and achieve targets for TPR, PVC, and TPU soles in the Agra region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the footwear industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Agra market.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on market performance and sales progress.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 8-10 years of proven experience in selling soles, preferably in the Agra market.
- **Additional Advantage**: Experience in shoe manufacturing or merchandising will be highly beneficial.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in operating computers, including MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the footwear industry and understanding of customer requirements in the region.
- **Personal Traits**: Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹41,666.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
